			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>As 2009 is full steam ahead, I thought I would share a resource a good friend gave me that will help guide some reflection as you look back on 2008 and help cast some goals and vision as you look forward to 2009. Rear View Mirror, it&#8217;s called.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s geared more for followers of Jesus, but even if you aren&#8217;t a believer, I encourage you to check it out, as it has some good things to think about. You can download the document below ( I included a PDF and Word version if you&#8217;re a typer like myself) I invite you to spend some time going through it and even meet with someone else and go through some of your answers, as they&#8217;re some good conversation starters. <p>There are varying estimates, but some stats say there are now over 184 million people worldwide that have started a blog and over 346 million people that read blogs worldwide! The report is pretty fascinating and if you have a few moments, I recommend checking it out.</p>
